The article provides information on the prevention and treatment of various diseases based on the chemical composition of garlic and onions, as well as the content of vitamins and flavonoids. Based on the YuQSX analysis, vitamins and flavonoids contained in onions were studied and analyzed. Information is provided on the carotene, quercetin, phytoncides and vitamins they contain, as well as on their antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, anti-atherosclerotic effects, diuretics and antioxidants
