Abstrak

Mazkur tezisda “Boʻstonliq” navli bodom gulining  (Prunus amygdalus , “Bustanlyk”) kimyoviy tarkibi , xususan , undagi suvda eruvchan vitaminlarning miqdor koʻrsatgichi va antiradikal faolligi mavzusidagi tadqiqot natijalari bayon etilgan.  Labarator izlanish tahlillari natijasida bodom guli tarkibida asosan vitamin B3 , PP va vitamin B9  kabi inson salomatligi uchun zarur vitaminlar mavjudligi YUSSX metodi yordamida aniqlandi.  Shuningdek , namuna ekstraktining DPPH usuli yordamida erkin radikallarni neytrallash xususiyati yuqori koʻrsatkichda ekanligi aniqlandi . Ushbu tadqiqotda olingan natijalar Boʻstonliq navli bodom gulining yuqori biologik ahamiyatga egaligi va undan oziq-ovqat , farmasevtika hamda dermokosmetik sanoatlari uchun istiqbolli homashyo ekanligini ilmiy jihatdan tasdiqlaydi.
