Abstrak

Mazkur tezisda rekombinant DNK texnologiyasi yordamida insulin sintez qilish jarayonlari batafsil yoritilgan. Insulin gormonining organizmdagi vazifalari va uning diabet kasalligini davolashdagi ahamiyati tushuntirilgan. Ishda insulin ishlab chiqarishning genetik muhandislik usullari, rekombinant DNK texnologiyasining asoslari, bakterial va xamirturush hujayralaridan foydalanish bosqichlari va tozalash jarayonlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqilgan
