Ushbu maqolada nanozarralar fizikasi va sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining o‘zaro integratsiyasi hamda bu sohalarning zamonaviy ilm-fan va texnikada qanday ahamiyat kasb etayotgani yoritilgan. Xususan, nanozarralarning fizikaviy xossalarini modellashtirishda sun’iy neyron tarmoqlar, mashinali o‘rganish va boshqa SI usullaridan foydalanishning samaradorligi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Mazkur yondashuv nanozarralarning yangi xossalarini aniqlash, optimallashtirish va amaliyotga joriy etishda muhim vosita bo‘lib xizmat qilmoqda.
