SANOAT MIQYOSIDA PENITSILLIN ANTIBIOTIGINI OLISH TEXNOLOGIYASI

Antibiotiklar kashf etilganidan beri penitsillin klinik tibbiyotda eng yaxshi
tanlov bo‘lib qolmoqda. Biotexnologiyaning uzluksiz rivojlanishi bilan penitsillin ishlab chiqarish
tejamkor va samarali bo‘ldi. Biosintetik yo‘llarni kuchaytirish uchun genetik muhandislik usullari
qo‘llanildi , bu esa yaxshilangan xususiyatlarga ega yangi penitsillin hosilalarini ishlab chiqarishga
va antibiotiklarga chidamli patogenlarga qarshi samaradorligini oshirishga olib keldi. Penitsillin
- bakterial infeksiyalarni davolashda keng qo‘llaniladigan birinchi antibiotik bo‘lib, uning ishlab
chiqarilishi tibbiyotda inqilob yasagan. Tezisda penitsillin olish jarayonida foydalaniladigan x om
ashyo, fermentatsiya texnologiyalari, mikroorganizmlar va ular bilan bog‘liq biotexnologik
jarayonlar haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi.
