DASTARBOSH (ACHELIA FILIPINDULINA) SPIRTLI EKSTRAKTINING ANTIRADIKAL FAOLLIGI
Abstrak
Maqolada Dastarbosh (Achelia Filipindulina) botanik tafsifi, dorivor
xususiyati, tabobatda qo`llanilishi haqida so`z yuritilib, uning yer ustki qismining spirtli
ekstraktining antiradikallik faolligini o`rganish bo`yicha olib borilgan tadqiqit natijalari bayon
qilingan. Antiradikallik faollikni baholashda DPPH erkin radikallarini so`ndirish usulidan
foydalanilgan. Achelia Filipindulina spirtli ekstraktining aniqlangan IC50 qiymati 19,956 mkl ni
tashkil etgan.
