ITTIKANAK O‘SIMLIGINING ANTIRADIKAL FAOLLIGI VA DORIVOR XUSUSIYATI

Ittikanak, karotin, vitamin, polifenol, kumarin, flavonoid, 2,2-difenil-1-pikrilgidrazil (DPPH), antiradikallikAbstrak
Ushbu maqolada ittikanak (Bidens tripartita) o‘simligining botanik tavsifi,
tarqalish hududlari, kimyoviy tarkibi hamda uning antiradikal faolligi o‘rganish natjalari bayon
qilingan. O‘simlikdan tayyorlangan spirtli ekstraktning DPPH erkin radikallarini tutib qolish
xususiyati spektrofotometrik usulda tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar asosida ittikanakning yuqori
antiradikallik faollikka ega dorivor xomashyo sifatida foydalanish imkoniyati tahlil qilindi.
