Sun’iy intellekt (AI) stomatologiyada nafaqat klinik jarayonlarni, balki bemorlar bilan muloqotni
ham o‘zgartirmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqot AI-ga asoslangan virtual yordamchilar va chat-botlarning
bemorlar bilan aloqa qilishdagi o‘rnini, xususan, axborot ta’minoti, uchrashuvlarni rejalashtirish
va davolashga rioya qilishni yaxshilashdagi imkoniyatlarini o‘rganadi. Shu bilan birga,
texnologiyaning amaliy qo‘llanilishidagi muammolar, masalan, til chegaralari, ma’lumotlar
maxfiyligi va bemorlarning ishonchi masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola AI-ning bemorlar bilan
muloqotdagi kelajakdagi istiqbollarini baholaydi.
