Abstrak

MALDI-TOF (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight)
mass-spektrometriyasi zamonaviy laboratoriya diagnostikasida keng qo‘llanilayotgan ilg'or
texnologiyalardan biridir. Ushbu usul mikroorganizmlarni tez va aniq identifikatsiya qilish
imkonini beradi. Tibbiy mikrobiologiyada MALDI-TOF texnologiyasining joriy etilishi klinik
diagnostika tezligini va aniqligini oshirib, antibiotiklarga qarshi kurashishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi.
Maqolada MALDI-TOF texnologiyasining ishlash prinsipi, uning afzalliklari, qo‘llanilish sohalari
va tibbiy mikrobiologiyadagi amaliy ahamiyati haqida batafsil ma'lumot beriladi.
