Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada bioinformatika va genomika sohalarida katta ma’lumotlar
(big data) tahlilining tutgan o‘rni hamda uning ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan. Genomik
ma’lumotlarning tezkor to‘planishi va murakkab tuzilishi ularni samarali saqlash, boshqarish va
chuqur tahlil qilish uchun ilg‘or texnologiyalarni talab etadi. Maqolada katta ma’lumotlar asosida
genomik tadqiqotlar olib borish, sun’iy intellekt va mashinaviy o‘rganish metodlarini qo‘llash,
shuningdek, shaxsiy tibbiyot, qishloq xo‘jaligi va farmakogenomika kabi yo‘nalishlardagi real
ilovalar tahlil qilinadi. Bioinformatika va katta ma’lumotlar integratsiyasi orqali kasalliklarni erta
aniqlash va davolashda yangi imkoniyatlar yuzaga chiqmoqda.
