Abstrak

Rizobakteriyalarning keng guruhi ekzopolisaxaridlar (EPS) sintezi bilan ajralib turadi va bu biopolimerlar fizik-kimyoviy xossalari: tuzilishi, monomer tarkibi, molyar ogʻirligi va boshqalarga koʻra farqlanadi (Rasulov va boshq., 2020). Ushbu rizobakteriyalar orasida Rhizobium jinsi vakillari ham EPS ishlab chiqarish haqida xabar berishgan (Rasulov va boshq., 2017). Jinsning EPSlari simbiozning samarali shakllanishi, tuz-stressni yumshatish uchun hujjatlashtirilgan (Rasulov va boshq., 2020). Rhizobium turlari va shtammlari uglevodlar turlari va molyar nisbati bilan bir-biridan farq qiladigan turli xil EPS tuzilmalarini ishlab chiqardi (Rasulov va boshq., 2020). Bu erda biz soya nodullaridan (Glycine max L.) ajratilgan Rhizobium radiobacter 36 shtammi bo'yicha yangi EPS ning sintezi va tavsifi haqida xabar beramiz.
