Nanozarrachalar (nanoparticles) — o’lchami 1–100 nm oralig’ida bo’lgan materiallar bo’lib, ularning fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlari bulk materiallardan keskin farq qiladi. Ushbu maqolada nanozarrachalarning turlari, sintez usullari (fizik, kimyoviy va bio-yondashuvlar), asosiy xarakterizatsiya texnikalari (TEM, SEM, XRD, DLS, FTIR va boshqalar), muhim qo’llanish sohalari (biomeditsina, dorilarni yetkazish, elektronika, atrof-muhit muhofazasi) va xavfsizlik toxikologiya masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqola amaliy misollar va kelajak istiqbollari bo’yicha muhokama beradi.
