NAFAS OLISH TIZIMIDAGI FERMENTLAR

Ushbu tezisda nafas olish tizimida faoliyat ko‘rsatadigan fermentlar va ularning biologik ahamiyati batafsil yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda asosan degidrogenaza, sitoxrom oksidazalar va katalazalar kabi fermentlarning havo orqali kislorod almashinuvida, hujayra metabolizmi va erkin radikallarning neytrallashuvidagi roli ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilingan. Nafas olish jarayonida fermentlar tomonidan olib boriladigan biokimyoviy reaksiyalar, ularning mexanizmlari va hujayra energiya ishlab chiqarishiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shu bilan birga, ferment faolligining pasayishi yoki buzilishi bilan bog‘liq kasalliklar ham tahlil qilingan. Tezisda nafas olish tizimidagi fermentlar fan sohasida, shuningdek, tibbiyot va biologiyada amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ta’kidlangan.
