STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF THE PESTICIDE NURELL D ON CERTAIN ENZYME ACTIVITIES OF MOSS PLANT CELLS

In the work, the effect of plant cells on certain enzyme activities was studied when treated with chemical agents used to protect moss plant seeds from pests.
1-day chilling of mash seeds with the pesticide Nurel D resulted in a decrease in peroxidase activity, in which a significant decrease in peroxidase activity was observed. The highest reduction was observed on day 7 by 62% in Marjan cultivar and 66% in Durdona cultivar on day 3 compared to control. When the catalase enzyme activity was studied, it was observed that the effect of Nurel D on the enzyme activity of the pesticide was different, the activity increased and then decreased in the 3-day lawns. Based on the data in the literature and experimental results, it can be shown that the studied pesticides have different effects on the process of lipid peroxidation in the germ cells of seeds, increasing the activity of catalase enzyme, and reducing the process of lipid peroxidation.
