Abstract

This article provides information about technologies aimed at introducing new properties or improving existing properties by modifying the genetic material of animal cells. This area is of great importance in modern biotechnology and medicine. These technologies create the opportunity to produce pharmaceutical products, study human diseases, create genetic therapies, and obtain high-quality animal breeds for agricultural purposes. Genetic engineering of animal cells serves as one of the important directions of biotechnological development in the future.
