This article is dedicated to the study of enzymes and their involvement in various technologies. It analyzes the biochemical properties of enzymes and their applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, as well as in medicine and ecology. Additionally, the significance of enzymes in biotechnology and genetic engineering, along with their role in creating new industrial opportunities, is examined. This work aims to highlight the current importance of technological solutions related to enzymes and explore their future development directions
