Abstract

Japan, which remains one of the largest economies in the world, is experiencing an acute internal socio-economic crisis amid deteriorating demographic dynamics, that is, a natural population decline. At the same time, there are controversial solutions for Japanese society, such as relaxing migration laws related to foreign labor. We will discuss this in detail in our article, which implements a diverse migration policy to fill the shortage of highly skilled and low-skilled workers
