This article analyzes the vitamins contained in Tribulus terrestris and their effects on the human body on a scientific basis. The role of vitamin C, B vitamins and minerals in Tribulus terrestris in strengthening immunity, maintaining hormonal balance, improving blood circulation and supporting the nervous system is highlighted. The article explains in detail the antioxidant properties of Tribulus terrestris, its anti-inflammatory effect and its importance in increasing physical activity. It also emphasizes the health benefits of Tribulus terrestris and the need for careful use based on the results of modern scientific research. This analysis serves to further understand the value of Tribulus terrestris as a natural healing agent
