Abstract

This article explores the significance of professional ethics among employees in the provision of social services to individuals with disabilities. The study analyzes the moral principles of employees, their interactions with clients, and their impact on service quality. It discusses issues related to respecting the rights and dignity of people with disabilities, as well as enhancing professional responsibility. The article provides practical recommendations for improving ethical standards for social service workers
