WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION IN ECONOMIC RELATIONS AND IDENTITY IN MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract

Under the influence of globalization processes, the image of a working woman has undergone significant changes. Women are actively participating in all spheres of modern economic relations, and this process plays an important role in their self-awareness. This article analyzes the formation of the modern female phenomenon, its share in economic activity, and the social consequences of this process. It also describes the problems faced by modern women and proposals for their elimination.
