Abstract

This article presents the views and considerations that one of the conditions for high-quality education, upbringing, development and rehabilitation of people with hearing impairments is the correct understanding of the characteristics of the state of hearing function of each specialist and their consideration in the system of all types of psychological and mental illnesses.
