KHORESM DANCE ART

Abstract

Khorezm, as an ancient and culturally highly developed region of Uzbekistan, has not only historical monuments and written sources, but also rich traditions of oral creativity and performing arts. This article analyzes the process of formation of Khorezm dance art in connection with ancient rituals, folk customs and religious beliefs. The uniqueness of the dance, including the subordination of hand movements, palm gestures, visible emotions and body rhythms to a single dramatic composition, reveals not only the physical, but also the spiritual and psychological aspects of dance performance. Each element is directly related to the worldview, moral values ​​and inner spiritual experiences of the people formed over the centuries.
