RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE IN FORMING CITIZENSHIP STATUS AND PROSPECTS FOR ITS APPLICATION IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the mechanisms of forming a civic position and the possibilities of their application in Uzbekistan based on the Russian experience. The author connects the civic position with the activity of the individual in social, political, spiritual and cultural life. The legal and institutional foundations of the formation of a civic position in Russia, especially the role of military-patriotic clubs, are widely covered. Their role in the upbringing of youth, as well as the experience of forming civic feelings based on historical and cultural heritage through a local history approach, are shown as an important model for Uzbekistan. The thesis also evaluates personal qualities - patriotism, social activity, moral values ​​\u200b\u200bare the foundation of a civic position. National values, the modern information space and the "clip-thinking" nature of young people as factors influencing this process. In conclusion, based on the Russian experience, proposals are made to strengthen the civic position in Uzbekistan.
