Abstract

This article analyzes pedagogical education clusters as an innovative mechanism for training competitive personnel. The essence of the cluster model, its main principles, foreign experience and its prospects in the education system of Uzbekistan are highlighted.
The advantages of pedagogical education clusters, including the combination of theoretical and practical education, cooperation between educational institutions and employers, and the possibilities of introducing digital technologies, are analyzed. The article also puts forward proposals aimed at improving the quality of pedagogical personnel training.
