OUTSIDE-CLASS MUSIC CLUBS IN COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS AND THEIR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Abstract
The "National Personnel Training Program", which covers issues such as shaping the attitude and views of students and teachers towards the educational process, in defining and developing the goals and tasks of extracurricular music clubs in secondary schools, is being implemented step by step. In particular, one of its main directions, the section "Gifted Children and Talented Youth", specifically emphasizes the need to raise the competence of students to the level of ability based on certain conditions. Similarly, extracurricular activities have a wide range of opportunities for the comprehensive development of students and their preparation for active life. These activities are organized on a voluntary basis, in accordance with the interests of the children. Students choose activities that interest them outside the classroom and participate in them independently.
