The article “The role of reading culture in improving the intellectual level of students” discusses the importance of reading in students’ knowledge acquisition and its impact on intellectual development. The author emphasizes that reading plays an important role not only as a source of knowledge, but also in developing students’ critical thinking, analytical abilities and creative approaches. The article discusses the role of reading books in broadening students’ worldview, enriching them spiritually and culturally, and directing them to scientific activities. The author also emphasizes the importance of the role of the education system, teachers and parents in forming a reading culture, and that reading is an important tool for intellectually enriching the younger generation.
