Abstract


This article examines the potential of artificial intelligence in the development of pedagogical leadership. In recent years, AI technologies have been rapidly developing, creating new opportunities in the field of education. This article provides detailed information about the role of AI in pedagogical leadership, its effectiveness and expected results in the future. Pedagogical leadership is a process that increases the influence of teacher leaders in the educational process, ensuring their professional and personal development. The article examines the role and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the development of pedagogical leadership. The reforms of President Sh. Mirziyoyev in the field of education are also considered. According to the President, the introduction and development of artificial intelligence technologies in the education system is of great importance.
