This thesis analyzes the effects of radionuclides on the human body, including their primary sources, routes of entry into the organism, and mechanisms of biological impact. The study provides detailed information about the negative consequences of radionuclide accumulation in various tissues and organs, particularly genetic mutations, cancer development, and functional disorders of internal organs. Additionally, it examines preventive and mitigation measures for radionuclide exposure, as well as control mechanisms in the environment and food chain. The findings offer a scientific basis for ensuring radiation safety and protecting public health
