This article analyzes the role of personnel management in creating a healthy and spiritual environment among employees. The article highlights the importance of management in the formation of a healthy environment and spiritual values, management mechanisms such as taking into account the needs of employees, the motivation system, training and development opportunities. It also discusses the principles of justice, equality, mutual respect and support implemented by managers. The social and psychological impact of personnel management, stress management and the organization of a social support environment are shown. The article proves the need to create a healthy, productive and spiritual environment in the organization through personnel management
