OPTIMIZATION OF VINCA ALKALOID PRODUCTION IN ENDOPHYTIC FUNGI USING THE PLANT ELICITOR CATARANTHUS ROSEUS
Keywords:
Catharanthus roseus, vinkristin,vinblastine, biotik elisitorAbstract
In this study, the content of Vinca alkaloids was increased by introducing a biotic elicitor into the culture medium of endophytic fungi isolated from plants of the Vinca genus.
The biotic elicitor effectively affected the production of secondary metabolites of the fungi.
It was found that the content of vincristine and vinblastine in the Aspergillus terreus VE90R strain was increased compared to the control.
