In this thesis, the medicinal properties of polyphenols isolated from Euphorbia ferganensis B.Fedtch and Geranium sanguineum plants were studied. In the experiments, the high antioxidant activity of phenolic compounds was evaluated based on the LPO IC50 on mitochondrial membranes. Getasan and euphorbin polyphenols exhibited antioxidant and antiradical properties in the concentration range of 1 μM - 25 μM, which leads to an increase in the stability and integrity of the membranes.
