In this article, studies were conducted to isolate pathogenic fungi during the storage period of local potato varieties grown in our Republic, determine their pathogenicity, and select active antagonists against them. A total of 24 fungal isolates were isolated, and 11 of them were found to be pathogenic.
It was found that the strains Trichoderma asperellum UzA-4 and Bacillius licheniformis 6/25 are active antagonists against these pathogens.
