Acute tonsillitis (angina) is one of the most common inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, developing as a result of bacterial and viral infections.
This thesis aims to reduce the incidence of this disease among the population by analyzing the effectiveness of new treatment methods based on advances in biotechnology and biomedicine,
including probiotics, bacteriophages, and gene therapy.
