ENSURING RADIATION SAFETY.

Abstract

This thesis provides information on the legal basis for ensuring radiation safety in Uzbekistan and the system of state control. Within the framework of the Law "On Radiation Safety" and government resolutions based on it, the tasks of sanitary control, radiation monitoring, measures to combat emergency situations and the establishment of radiation safety requirements are outlined. Also, the main directions of sanitary control in cases of radiation pollution, the criteria for assessing the level of radiation pollution of food products and the environment are covered. The thesis serves as an important methodological basis for understanding radiation safety standards and rules and their application in practice.
