Abstract

Global health challenges, including infectious diseases, pandemics, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and declining environmental health, are some of the most pressing challenges of the modern world. Biotechnology plays a key role in addressing these challenges. This article highlights the role of biotechnology in addressing global health challenges, including new drugs, vaccines, diagnostics, and innovative solutions for environmental protection.
