Abstract

Neurosis is a widespread mental health condition characterized by persistent
anxiety, emotional instability, and various psychosomatic manifestations. While conventional
treatments primarily involve pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, the integration of herbal
medicine has gained increasing attention due to its natural, non-addictive properties and potential
therapeutic benefits. This article explores the role of medicinal herbs in the comprehensive
treatment of neurosis, analyzing their historical usage, pharmacological mechanisms, and clinical
effectiveness.
