Abstract

Creating a modern creative healthy competitive environment in preschool education determines the need to improve the motivation of educators, improve their professional competence, and create conditions for reforming the content of education, improving their professional activities, and creating conditions. This article analyzes the need to improve the professional competence of educators in the preschool education system based on pedagogical creativity. Creative approaches of preschool educators are of great importance in the personal development, self-expression, and emotional-intellectual development of children. The article covers the issues of using creative pedagogical methods in the educational process, improving the professional skills of educators, and developing pedagogical approaches
