TO THE QUESTION OF STUDYING COMBINATION THERAPY IN MANAGEMENT OF ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY

Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is one of the significant causes of
thrombotic complications and reproductive losses in obstetric and gynecological
practice. This article discusses the features of the course of APS in women of reproductive age, and substantiates the feasibility of using
combination therapy with the inclusion of anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents and
immunotropic agents. An analysis of modern approaches to the management of patients with
APS during pregnancy and conception planning is carried out, the need for an
individualized approach to therapy in order to reduce obstetric and
perinatal complications is emphasized. Prospects for further research in the field of optimization of complex treatment of APS in obstetrics and
gynaecology are presented.
