Abstract

This scientific work experimentally analyzes the effect of the phenotype of the liver microsomal oxidation system on nitrogen metabolism, in particular, creatinine and urea levels, in diabetes mellitus. The experiment conducted on the basis of metabolizer groups divided according to the activity of the monooxygenase system revealed significant differences in diuresis, creatinine and urea levels. A sharp increase in these indicators in fast metabolizers indicates a decrease in the detoxification capacity of the liver and a high sensitivity to metabolic stress. The results of the study indicate the dynamics of nitrogen metabolism products as an indicator for assessing the functional state of the liver and allow the development of personalized therapeutic approaches based on these parameters.
