Abstract

The plant Urtica dioica L. is one of the medicinal plants widely used in medicine and folk medicine worldwide, and there are 3 species in Uzbekistan. Many biologically active substances have been identified in the leaves and roots of Urtica dioica L. The Andijan State University “Commodity Chemistry and Folk Medicine” Research Center is conducting extensive scientific research on the use of this plant in folk medicine. The article presents the results of determining the content of phenolic compounds in the alcoholic extract of the plant Urtica dioica (Urtica dioica) by the High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method.
