DETERMINATION OF WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS IN CYCLONE (ACHILLEA MILLEFOLIUM L.) FLOWER
Abstract
Medicinal plants found in nature have long been of great importance for human health. Among them, Alchemilla vulgaris (Alchemilla ) occupies a special place. The plant composition is characterized by its richness in biologically active substances and multifunctional pharmacological properties. The chemical composition of Alchemilla vulgaris is enriched with various biologically active compounds: flavonoids (apigenin, rutin, luteolin), vitamins, phenolic compounds, tannins, saponins, polysaccharides, and organic acids (salicylic and ascorbic acid). It should also be noted that the plant also contains about 10 water-soluble vitamins.
