Melanoma is a highly invasive and malignant tumor, and its early detection is crucial for saving the patient's life. This article analyzes the role of biopsy and molecular diagnostics in the early diagnosis of melanoma. Biopsy is the main invasive diagnostic method, allowing for the detection of pathological changes and morphological assessment. However, it cannot fully reveal genetic features. Molecular diagnostics, on the other hand, allows for an in-depth study of genetic and biochemical changes and is an important tool for developing personalized therapy. Studies show that the combined use of biopsy and molecular diagnostics helps to more accurately diagnose melanoma and develop individual treatment strategies.
