Yo‘ldoshevAbstract
This scientific thesis describes in detail the pathological changes caused by Helicobacter pylori infection in the gastric mucosa, their clinical manifestations, morphological stages, and their role in the development of gastric cancer. At the same time, modern diagnostic methods (invasive and non-invasive approaches), as well as effective treatment methods (bismuth-based quadruple therapy, antibiotic combinations, combined use with probiotics) are described. The scientific and practical significance of the work is that early detection and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection plays an important role in the prevention of gastric cancer among the population.
