Abstract

Hyperglycemia is one of the factors that disrupt metabolic processes. It also negatively affects the healing of skin wounds.
Zn Metal nanoparticles have a pronounced biological activity, including bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects. A comparative analysis was carried out by inducing a diabetes mellitus model in white rats by injection, creating a patch wound in them and dividing them into 3 groups using different preparations. The main biologically active substance under investigation is a mixture of Zinc Oxide and Pumpkin Oil produced by “LEKINTERKAPS”.
