In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has been revolutionizing dental diagnostics and treatment strategies. This article explores the potential of AI technologies,
in particular, machine learning and image analysis techniques, in diagnosing dental diseases. At the same time, the limitations of the technology in practical applications,
such as data quality, ethical issues, infrastructural barriers, and human dependency, are analyzed in depth. The article discusses the future role of AI in dental diagnostics and suggests directions for research and innovation in this field.
