This article provides comprehensive information about the structure and functions of the nervous system, as well as the diseases that affect it. The nervous system is composed of central and peripheral parts and plays an important role in controlling all vital functions of the body. Neurological diseases, in particular, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, have become widespread in recent years, requiring modern approaches to their detection and treatment. In this regard, the central part of the study is devoted to the importance of artificial intelligence technologies. Today, diagnostic processes are being automated using artificial intelligence tools, and the ability to accurately analyze neuroimaging (MRI, CT) data is increasing. In addition, analytical algorithms are significantly improving the development of individual treatment plans for patients, the early detection of diseases and monitoring the rehabilitation process. The study covers scientific data on the use of artificial intelligence in neurology, advanced technologies and their practical effectiveness.
