Abstract

This article analyzes the use of artificial intelligence in educational institutions, its effectiveness, and possible legal and ethical issues. The study extensively covers the role of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process, their impact on the quality of teaching, issues related to academic integrity, and issues related to the protection of personal data. It also analyzes the insufficient development of the legal framework for the use of AI technologies, and provides recommendations for eliminating existing shortcomings. The results of the study show that in order to effectively integrate AI technologies into the education system, it is necessary to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers and students and strengthen the legal and regulatory framework. The article aims to analyze the relationship between artificial intelligence and education from a legal and ethical perspective, and contributes to the study of ways to successfully apply these technologies in education in the future.
