Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are revolutionizing the development of diagnostic systems in the medical field. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the main stages of the development of AI-based diagnostic systems, their applications in the clinical environment, their advantages and limitations. In particular, the role of machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing algorithms in medical image analysis, genetic data prediction and clinical record integration is studied. The article examines the application of AI systems in areas such as oncology, cardiology and neurology, as well as their advantages in terms of accuracy, speed and cost reduction. At the same time, data quality, ethical issues and limitations related to the explanation of algorithms are also discussed. In the future, AI-based diagnostic systems are expected to develop in the areas of personalized medicine, multimodal analysis and global integration. This study aims to shed light on the potential of SI technologies in medical diagnostics and their future prospects.
