THE ROLE OF ENTOMOPHAGS IN THE FORMATION OF JUICE POLYMORPHISM

This article discusses the process of formation of aphid polymorphism (winged and wingless morphs, sexual and parthenogenetic generations) under the influence of entomophagous insects (khonkizi, cyrphida, chrysopas). In the conditions of the Fergana Valley, the genetic and ecological factors of these phenotypic changes, the impact of pest distribution and biological control measures are analyzed. The evolutionary significance of polymorphism and the role of female aphids in controlling the phenotype of the offspring are considered.
