DISTRIBUTION OF THE NEMATODE TOXOCARA CANIS WERNER (1782) IN THE FERGANA VALLEY

The aim of this study was to study the distribution and morphological characteristics of the nematode Toxocara canis Werner (1782) in the Fergana Valley. The results of the study showed a high level of infection of dogs in the Altynkul, Kuva and Izboskan districts. The main morphometric indicators of male and female representatives of the nematode were determined, creating a scientific basis for assessing the epizootic situation of toxocariasis.
